Acceptance of terms
By using this website, scheduling an appointment, or enrolling in our SMS appointment reminder program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of this website and do not enroll in our SMS messaging program.

- Use the site in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it
Not a substitute for care
Content on this website — including staff bios, descriptions of services, and general information — is provided for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. It does not replace an evaluation by a qualified occupational therapist or other healthcare provider, and shouldn't be used to make treatment decisions.
Appointments & cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through a referral. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, which will be communicated to you at intake.
Appointment reminders and scheduling updates may be sent by SMS to clients who have provided their consent. Participation in our text messaging program is voluntary and is not required to receive services. For information about how to opt in, please see our SMS Opt-In Policy. Additional details about our messaging practices are provided in the SMS Messaging Terms below.
